Fatimata - Host Mom

My husband and I were married thirty years ago and had five children together, but then he died eleven years ago. We were all Muslims. It has been hard, but I know God is in control. After his death someone shared the good news of Jesus with us and my children and myself became Christian. This changed our lives. I witnessed another woman in our church care for orphans in her home as a Host Mom. Since I am a Christian woman too, I wanted to have the love to care for orphans in addition to my children. My husband had been an orphan after his mom and dad died. He grew up in his extended family. I really love kids, and the problem of abandoned kids in this area makes me sad. The day I was asked to be a Host Mom I was happy, and I learned a lot from our recent workshop. Please pray for my extended family who are not yet Christians. Also pray for us to have strength to continue serving God in this world that is controlled by Satan.
