Lea York

Being Brazilian herself, Lea has a huge heart for the people of her country, as well as for the immigrants from surrounding countries.  She and her family have supported an ongoing ministry there for many years now.  With the desire to see the Nova Esperanca ministry be fully funded and growing, God laid it on Lea’s heart to start a child sponsorship program to come alongside this already powerful work.  She is raising sponsorship funds to help under-educated and under-nourished children in the areas of:

1.       Food assistance
2.       Mentoring
3.       Educational assistance (in the form of tutoring)
4.       Sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
