Hello, my name is Patricia. I live with my mother, father, and three siblings. We are a Catholic family. Neither my mom nor my dad has a regular job, but our family has a field where we grow the food that we will eat throughout the year. We don’t have running water or electricity in our home. It is about a kilometer to the closest well. This year (2021-22), I am in the 2nd grade. I walk a kilometer each way to get to school, but I don’t mind because I get to see a lot of my friends along the way. My favorite thing in school is learning how to read. When I am all grown up, I would like to become a teacher. After school, I like to help my mother wash the dishes or play with my friends.
