Judith is a bright and determined second-grade student (2025-26) who lives with her parents and two siblings in a rural community. Although her parents do not have jobs, they manage a small farm that provides the food the family needs throughout the year. Judith’s home does not have electricity or running water, and the nearest well is about a kilometer away. Each morning, Judith walks the one-kilometer journey to school, as she does not have a bike to make the trip easier. Despite these challenges, Judith’s passion for learning shines through, and math is her favorite subject.

Judith comes from a loving Catholic family, and her faith gives her hope for a brighter future. Her siblings do not attend school, but Judith dreams of one day becoming a nurse so she can help others in her community. After school, Judith enjoys playing with toys or helps her mother by washing the dishes. Through sponsorship, Judith will have the opportunity to pursue her education, develop her God-given talents, and work toward her dream.
