Dorcas Zoungrana is a bright and determined sixth grader for the 2025-26 school year, living with her loving Christian family. Each morning, she rides her bike nearly two kilometers to attend school, motivated by her passion for learning—especially math, her favorite subject. Dorcas enjoys studying her lessons after class, and when she has free time, she plays marbles with her friends. She has two siblings, one of whom also attends school, and together they help support one another’s dreams.

Although Dorcas's parents work hard on their small family farm during the rainy season, they do not have regular employment and resources are often limited. The family relies on what they can grow to meet their daily needs. Despite these challenges, Dorcas’s faith and her family’s encouragement help her stay positive and focused on her studies. Sponsorship will not only provide Dorcas with the opportunity to pursue her education, but will also bring hope and relief to her family, allowing her to continue following her dreams and growing in her faith.
