Hello, my name is Atou Zida. I was born in 2009. My family and I are Muslim. I live with my mother, father, and my six brothers and sisters. All of us are in school, so it can get pretty expensive for my parents. Neither one of them has a regular job, but we work in our family’s fields during the growing season to raise the crops that we will eat throughout the year.I ride my bike about 2 kilometers to get to school each day. This year (2021-22), I am in the 7th grade. I have worked very hard, but unfortunately, I am not passing this year. I will keep working on it though. My favorite subject is Math and I like it so much that I would like to become a teacher when I grow up. For now, I like to hang out with my friends and study after school.
