Hello, my name is Alain Relwende Rabdo. I come from a Catholic family. I was born on September 9, 2017. I live with my mother in a small home that does not have any electricity or running water. I have four siblings. We go to a well that is about a kilometer from our home. Our family has a small farm where we grow the food that we eat throughout the year. Sometimes it can be very hard to grow enough food for all of us. I live about three kilometers from the school, so it can be a very long walk sometimes. This year (2022-23), I am in kindergarten. I like school a lot because we are learning a lot of new games and my teacher sings songs with us. After school, I like to play soccer with the other kids in the neighborhood. When I’m all grown up, I want to be a teacher.
