In short, Sheltering Wings helps make it possible for missionaries to carry out their work in the field they are in! We help with managing donations, sending transfers, helping with sponsorships, providing security updates, training, giving each missionary a sense of family & so much more!
MISSION
OUR VISION
The vision of Sheltering Wings is to glorify Jesus by following His simple commission to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19). To that end, in partnership with each sending church, this organization helps:

To send missionaries to areas of the world needing to hear the gospel.

To recruit and train individuals to serve as missionaries.

To collaborate the ongoing care of the missionary.

To facilitate the transition from everyday life to the mission field for every missionary.

To encourage missionaries to continually develop their God given talents and abilities.
STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ as the eternal Son of God, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His substitutionary work on the cross, in His bodily resurrection from the dead, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that man’s only hope of redemption is through faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ, accomplished through the regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, those who are saved unto the resurrection of life and those who are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord, Jesus Christ.
